Salim Pushpanath started his career in sales & marketing at 21. After a successful stint as a marketing executive, he thought it was time to venture into something interesting on his own.  So, Dee Bee Info- publications was born in 1992. Since then, Salim has published 12 titles, all related to the Tourism Industry. When procuring colour transparencies of his choice for the books became increasingly difficult and the professional photographers became ever so demanding, he thought of shooting  photos himself ! (An area he never had any exposure to) It took him months of hardwork to learn the art of professional photography, but ultimately he succeeded.

Today, not only that he has a collection of more than 5000
colour transparencies on various subjects,but also is a much sought-after photographer.
